Diaphragm Seal

They consist of a flexible diaphragm welded to a body, which transmits process pressure to the gauge through a fill fluid without allowing the media to directly contact the sensing element. This ensures accurate pressure measurement while protecting the instrument from damage, clogging, or contamination.

Manufactured from high-quality materials such as SS 316, SS 316L, Hastelloy, Monel, or PTFE-lined constructions, diaphragm seals are designed to withstand harsh process conditions. They are available in various designs including threaded, flanged, flush type, and sanitary type, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial and hygienic applications.
